This short student documentary production features Samuel Wagan Watson who explores the historic divide of Boundary Street West End (Brisbane, Queensland, Australia) through his poem 'Last Exit to Brisbane'.

 

The film has screened at Green Fest film festival (SouthBank, Brisbane), the Saltwater Film Festival (Queensland Museum) and LadyFest film screening (Rics Cafe, Fortitude Valley) as well as used in broadcast student training at Brisbane Indigenous Media Association's Triple A Training facility and in various literary workshops conducted by the writer.

Nuninja - Nightmares of a stolen past

Midwife and artist Marianne Wobcke seeks to uncover her origins and connects with the adversity of stolen generations of women before her.

 

Produced as part of an intensive film making course for the National Indigenous Television channel (Australia), run by Carbon Media and Bush TV, 'Nuninja' screened on NITV in the student ibelong series.
